Matt Soloy was born and raised in Alaska. He began his construction career early in his adult life. Starting out as a carpenter, he went to Colorado State and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. While in college he operated a small business, in addition to working for a commercial general contractor.When Matt moved back to Alaska he started Soloy Construction. Matt has been in the construction field for years and is a“hands on” general contractor. He is detail oriented, honest, and hardworking. His jobs run smoothly because of he works side by side with his employees and subcontractors.

Soloy Construction LLC has also been directly involved with aviation, and has the expertise to build Hangars and Custom Hangar homes to fit Alaska’s aviation needs. Soloy Construction focuses on involving the customer, and has a open door policy.
Unique to this field is the Client Controlled Bidding process that puts a Soloy homeowner in complete control of the final price of the project. Soloy Construction will try to do all the little extra things you can see and some you can’t.
